Chapter #96 is provide two (2) $6,000 scholarships to students entering a construction-related degree program. Applicants can be male or female, must be a resident of Delaware, at least 17 years old, and can be enrolled as a full-time or part-time student. If awarded, the recipient must maintain a 2.5 GPA.
